We want you confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

1. Return window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Condition: Items must be new and in their unopened original box.

Items that have been mounted, used, altered, or show wear or scratches cannot be accepted.

3. Authorization required: Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization

(RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

4. Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
5. Return shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable, insured service — we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 weeks.
7. Non-returnable items: Special-order items, closeout items, and demo/used items are final sale and cannot be returned.
8. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies.
9. Warranty: Manufacturer warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer per their terms. Contact us and we’ll point you to the right place.
